I very seldom hoot and holler at a TV show, but this was the exception tonight. So much really cool stuff if you've been following the theories and speculation.

Only pulling your chain - I have the first series on the "need to buy list" once I get all caught up on all the other boxed sets sitting on the shelf
It's the only show I've watched in years that eats up an hour like it was only ten minutes...
Every week it's the same... "Crap... I gotta wait another 7 days..."
My youngest daughter and I are riveted and usually end up pissing and moaning at the end of the show. They reveal just enough to keep you interested and then slam you with twice as many mysteries! We love it, man! [img]wink.gif[/img]

I think this was the first episode that I found the island stuff far more interesting and revealing than the flashbacks. It was a pretty unimpressive Locke flashback, but we got some real meat to chew on with the island.
And I suspect that Jinn is saying that in a dream or vision. It was PERFECT English, so either he's been speaking it for a very, very long time, or it's not 'real'.
Did you notice where the folks that helped found Dharma were from? Why, right here in good old Ann Arbor!

On the initiatives page, we see 7 (actually 8, if you take your mouse down to the bottom of the list, the Dharma Initiative shows up) - Life Extension (which fits in nicely with my theory that the others are other past survivors, and that the aging process is greatly reduced on the island.), Electromagnetic (which is pretty obvious at this point), Accellerated Remote Viewing (the visions of Walt, Jack's dad, the black woman's husband, claire's death?), and Mathematical Forecasting Initiative (the numbers?). So does the ET, Cryogenics and Eugenics initiatives also have meaing to the show?
I also find it very interesting that they Cryogenics project wasn't called a 'project' or 'initiative' like the others, but an 'imperative'. Generally, that's used for projects that MUST be done. Hey, they're imperative. So why is that one?
